Module 1 "Technical, legal and business foundations of blockchains, cryptocurrencies, decentralised finance, NFT and decentralized metaverse like Decentraland"

Open to everyone (entrepreneurs, directors, lawyers, accountants, salespeople, programmers, etc.)


Duration : 3 Fridays via Zoom in English (9H-13H et 14H-18H), no need to be present in Geneva, professional networking meetings with the Geneva blockchain ecosystem take place in Geneva but they are not mandatory to obtain the attestation.


Attestation et European credits obtained if successfully passed : 2 ECTS


Experts: Dr. Jean-Marc Seigneur with occasional interventions from other experts such as, for example, for legal aspects, lawyers (Reto Luthiger of MLL, Ilona Maklakova of LegalNodes...) specialized in crypto-assets (utility tokens, security tokens, payment tokens, governance tokens, stablecoins, CBDC, NFT, etc.) from KYC / AML, ICO, STO, IDO, DAO, and decentralized finance (DEX, AMM...) to dealing with privacy laws (GDPR...)

Module 2 "Blockchain project introduction and design"

Open only to people who know how to program


Duration : 4 Fridays via Zoom in English (9H-13H et 14H-18H), no need to be present in Geneva, professional networking meetings with the Geneva blockchain ecosystem take place in Geneva but they are not mandatory to obtain the certificate.



Attestation et crédits européens obtenus en cas de réussite de l'évaluation : 3 ECTS


Experts: Dr Jean-Marc Seigneur and other blockchain experts , for example, Pierre Kauffmann who is the blockchain leader at IBM Switzerland and who will teach Hyperledger, Shaban Shaame of EverdreamSoft for NFT, and Javier Andres Spector for the decentralized metaverse Decentraland.

Module 3 "Ethereum advanced coding"

Open only to people who know how to program


Duration : 3 Fridays via Zoom in English (9H-13H et 14H-18H), no need to be present in Geneva, professional networking meetings with the Geneva blockchain ecosystem take place in Geneva but they are not mandatory to obtain the attestation.

Module 4 "Blockchain project management and advanced DLT"

Experts: in advanced DLT such as Polkadot, Hedera Hashgraph, Starkware, zero-knowledge proofs...

Full CAS including the supervised end of study blockchain project

Attestation et European credits obtained if successfully passed : 12 ECTS (the end of study project is worth 3 ECTS)


Price : 11000 CHF (instead of 13300 CHF if all the modules are taken independently, 9500 CHF if a "chèque formation" of Geneva state is obtained before the start of the CAS)
